Processing time for orders is 0 to 72 hours. Once your order has been processed it will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders cannot be shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates may vary.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
How do I track my package online?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number.
ELKEL is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unexpected circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. ELKEL is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier itself. If this occurs, please contact the courier service directly.
ELKEL is not responsible for the cost of shipping for returned items. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Once we have determined that the items returned are in proper condition we will issue a refund. If you wish to exchange a product, wait for the returned item to be processed and place a new order. You may contact us with further questions regarding exchanges.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product in question does not meet our standards. Original packaging must accompany the product.
We do not offer returns on international orders. All returns must be made in the US.
