Shipping
Processing time for orders is 0 to 24 hours. Once your order has been processed it will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders cannot be shipped on Sundays or holidays. Shipping rates may vary.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
How do I track my package online?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number.
Service Delays
ELKEL is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unexpected circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. ELKEL is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier itself. If this occurs, please contact the courier service directly.

Exchanges
Free exchanges are available on all orders.
- Please contact us before shipping something back, we will provide the shipping label.
- If you would like to return an item, your refund will be processed in the form of a Gift Card/store credit.
- Exchanges not available on Underwear, Swimwear, Socks & other intimate items.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Any Return/Exchange must be made within 14 days of purchase date.

Returns
As of September 26th, 2019, returns are only accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact us at hello@elkel.nyc if you wish to return/exchange an item.
Exchanges available on all orders for Store Credit only.
All returns will be processed in Store Credit form.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
